LinkUp Careers is an Australian platform dedicated to addressing the gender equity deficit in the construction, energy, and manufacturing industries by increasing the representation of women in these sectors. The Platform connects young people, especially women, in secondary education and individuals seeking career changes, with exploration programs, networking opportunities, role models, training courses, and job listings offered by employers committed to gender-inclusive workplaces. Parents and educators also use the Platform as an informational and educational resource.

- Part C: Organisation-Specific Terms: applicable to employers and training organisations that pay to advertise on the Platform.

User-Specific Terms
The provisions of this Part B apply to all individuals who access the Platform in a personal capacity, including women seeking employment, training, or career exploration, and parents and educators using the Platform as an informational or research resource. Part B is to be read in conjunction with Part A.
16. Eligibility and Consent for Minors
The Platform is accessible to persons of all ages who are interested in careers in construction, energy, and manufacturing, including young women currently enrolled in secondary education with the consent of a parent, guardian or teacher.
Minors (persons under 18 years of age) do not have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Australian law. Accordingly:
- A Minor cannot independently agree to these Terms and cannot create an Account in their own right;
- A parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, create an Account on behalf of the Minor, and by doing so, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms and assumes full legal responsibility for the Minor's use of the Platform; and
- Where a parent or educator uses the Platform solely for informational or research purposes relating to a Minor (without creating an Account in the Minor's name), the parent or educator is the User, and these Terms apply to them directly.
If we become aware that an Account has been created by a Minor without parental or guardian consent, we reserve the right to suspend or delete that Account pending verification.
Parents and guardians who consent to and manage an Account on behalf of a Minor acknowledge and accept all obligations and liabilities under these Terms in connection with that Account.

- search for and apply for job opportunities advertised by Organisations.
LinkUp Careers does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or continued listing of any program, course, role model profile, or job vacancy on the Platform.
18. No Employment or Enrolment Guarantee
Use of the Platform does not guarantee employment, an offer of enrolment in any course or apprenticeship, or any other specific outcome. Any application or enquiry is subject to the independent assessment and decision-making of the relevant Organisation. LinkUp Careers is not a party to any agreement between a User and an Organisation.
19. User-Submitted Information
When you create a profile or submit information to the Platform (including a resume or expressions of interest), you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading. You acknowledge that this information may be viewed by Organisations registered on the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.
If you provide personal information about another person (for example, a student's details), you confirm that you have obtained that person's consent (or, in the case of a Minor, the consent of their parent or guardian) to provide that information.
20. Educational and Informational Use
Parents and educators accessing the Platform as an informational resource acknowledge that Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional guidance of any kind. Users should seek independent professional advice as appropriate.
Organisation-Specific Terms
The provisions of this Part C apply to employers and training organisations that register on the Platform to advertise their listings, programs, or services. Part C is to be read in conjunction with Part A. In the event of any inconsistency, Part C prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
21. Eligibility to Advertise
Organisations wishing to advertise on the Platform must:
- be a legally registered entity in Australia or another jurisdiction acceptable to LinkUp Careers;
- agree to these Terms in their entirety;
- comply with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination legislation, workplace health and safety laws, and consumer protection laws; and
- demonstrate a genuine commitment to gender-inclusive hiring practices and workplace cultures that support the participation and advancement of women.
LinkUp Careers reserves the right to decline or revoke the registration of any Organisation in its sole discretion, including where the Organisation's conduct or practices are inconsistent with the mission and values of the Platform.
22. Advertising Fees and Listing Duration
Organisations pay an advertising fee of AUD $250 (inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified) per listing period. Each listing period is three (3) months from the date the listing is published on the Platform.
Payment is due in advance at the time of listing submission. Listings will not be published until payment has been received and confirmed.
Upon the expiry of a listing period, the listing will be automatically removed from the Platform unless the Organisation elects to renew by submitting a further payment.
Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where LinkUp Careers has failed to publish the listing in accordance with these Terms.
23. Scope of Advertising
The AUD $250 listing fee entitles an Organisation to list one (1) entry-level role, one (1) course, one (1) program or one (1) hidden job showcase on the Platform for the applicable listing period.
In addition to standard listings, LinkUp Careers offers the following separate services:
- Corporate Branding Packages: organisations may pay to feature their brand, workplace culture story, or employer value proposition on designated areas of the Platform. Pricing and specifications are available on request.
- Role Model and Outreach Programs: organisations may sponsor or facilitate the participation of their employees or representatives as role models, mentors, or speakers featured on the Platform. Participation in role model outreach programs is subject to separate agreement with LinkUp Careers.
All advertising content must comply with the Content Standards set out in clause 25.
24. Organisation Responsibilities
Organisations are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all Content submitted for publication on the Platform;
- ensuring that advertised vacancies and courses comply with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination, fair work, consumer protection, and vocational education and training legislation;
- fulfilling all representations made in their listings;
- responding to applications and enquiries in a timely and professional manner; and
- notifying LinkUp Careers promptly if a vacancy is filled, a course is closed, or any material change occurs to a listing.
An Organisation's registration does not constitute an endorsement by LinkUp Careers of the Organisation, its products, services, or employment practices.
25. Content Standards for Organisations
All Content submitted by Organisations must:
- be accurate, truthful, and not misleading or deceptive;
- comply with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable advertising standards;
- not contain discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful material;
- not misrepresent the nature, conditions, remuneration, or requirements of a vacancy or course;
- clearly identify the Organisation responsible for the listing; and
- be consistent with the gender-inclusive mission of the Platform.
LinkUp Careers reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any Organisation Content that does not meet these standards, without refund of fees paid.
26. Indemnity
Each Organisation agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkUp Careers, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of or in connection with:
- any Content submitted by the Organisation to the Platform;
- any breach by the Organisation of these Terms;
- any claim by a User arising from the Organisation's conduct, listings, or interactions with Users; or
- any breach by the Organisation of applicable law.
27. Termination of Organisation Listings
LinkUp Careers may remove or suspend an Organisation's listings and Account at any time and without notice if:
- the Organisation breaches these Terms;
- the Organisation's conduct is inconsistent with the values of the Platform;
- payment is not received or is reversed; or
- LinkUp Careers is required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
Where LinkUp Careers removes a listing in circumstances other than Organisation fault or non-payment, LinkUp Careers will use reasonable endeavours to provide a pro-rata refund of unused listing fees.

Failure or delay by LinkUp Careers to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
